Located in a lovely building in a quiet area and away from the hustle and bustle, this apartment will gift you a stay near the Arsenal of Venice, which houses the Naval History Museum, part of the exhibition of the Biennale for 6 months a year and the Boat Show in late May-early June.
Moreover, with a 5 minutes walk you can reach the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon at the beginning of the nineteenth century, now home to the main exhibitions of the Biennale of art and architecture with 29 pavilions. A 15-minute walk will take you to St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, but if you prefer you can use the water bus and it can be taken at the vaporetto stop located few steps away from the apartament and so you can reach Piazzale Roma or Murano Island.
Decorated with class with modern design that combines perfectly with the warm tones of the wood beams, this accommodation can host up to 5 people and consists of entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with three sofas (one of them can become a double sofa bed), a double room, a single room and two bathrooms with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. There is also a laundry for common use on the ground floor of the building. There are 2 mini market within 450m.
Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night.
