This stunning two-story villa stands high above the Bay of Naples, on the peaceful tip of the Sorrento Peninsula, near the village of Termini. The views from the terrace and gardens are simply breathtaking, sweeping across the green hillsides and rooftops to the expanse of blue sparkling water below.

The grounds

Fondo Turiello is surrounded by a large, well-tended enclosed garden, full of bright flowers and Mediterranean plants. You will be spoilt for choice when deciding where to relax. There is a private pool area, with a kidney-shaped pool measuring 8m by 4m, and 1.2m deep; open from the start of May until the end of October. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and deckchairs and is a charming place to soak up the sunshine, with the gardens around you.

There is also a large terrace, with amazing sea views, well-equipped with tables and chairs, and shaded by unusual wave-like gazebos. Why not cook some delicious local food on your barbeque and enjoy a relaxed meal as the sun sets over the bay?

A warm sunny courtyard offers a quiet and peaceful place to read or daydream, with comfortable sofas and chairs nestling beneath the arches of the villa.


The ground floor of the villa

Moving inside, the villa is charmingly decorated in a traditional style, with good quality furniture, including some antiques. It is spacious, measuring 200m², with plenty of room for a party of eight.

On the ground floor, there is a welcoming living room, with four comfortable sofas and an attractive fireplace. There is a television, stereo and CD player and a telephone. From the living room, a few steps lead you down into a dining room with a wooden table and chairs.

From here you enter the tiled kitchen, with everything you will need to cater for your party, including a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. A door from the kitchen leads outside.

On the ground floor, there is also a little bathroom with a wash basin, toilet, and bidet.

On request, we are happy to arrange for a chef to prepare your lunch or dinner. The menu will be designed to suit your tastes and will use the finest fresh local produce.

One of the four comfortable bedrooms is on the ground floor. This has an en suite shower room, with a wash basin, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer.


The upstairs of the villa

Moving upstairs, you will find an en suite double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have windows with simply exquisite sea views. A treat to wake up to each morning! There is also a second terrace, accessible from the bedrooms upstairs.

Each bedroom is attractively decorated, with plenty of storage space. The main bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. The en suite bathroom, adjacent to the double bedroom, also has a bathtub with a shower.

There is a Wifi connection and the villa is equipped with central heating, chargeable at € 5,00 per M3.


Exploring the local region

A car is recommended for your stay at Fondo Turiello. There is a covered parking area for up to four cars within the grounds, accessed via a private gate. If not renting one, no problems, Feeling Italy can help with drivers, grocery and food delivery, as well as with other in-door experiences.

The village of Termini is less than a kilometer away and has a general food shop. The small town of Sant' Agata Sui Due Golfi is 4km away and offers several family-run restaurants, gelaterias, fresh pasta shops, fruit and vegetable stores, mini-markets, bakeries, butchers and fishmongers, coffee bars, and pubs. There is a beautiful pebbled beach in the harbor of Marina del Cantone, about 3km from the villa.

During your stay, there is an obligatory cleaning service, for three hours a day, three days per week, and on departure from the villa.
